As a truck enthusiast, I can usually tell pretty quickly whether a shop genuinely cares about the work they do or if they’re more focused on maximizing profits.
This shop has really impressed me because they genuinely care about doing the job right. The owner is actually involved and keeps an eye on the work being done, making sure the standards are being maintained. That says a lot to me.
David, the service advisor, has been with the shop for a long time, and it’s obvious that he’s a true car and truck enthusiast himself. Having someone on the service side who actually understands and appreciates vehicles makes a big difference. The owner’s son, AJ, and Ty have also been great to deal with and have provided excellent service.
I’ve also had the privilege of meeting the lead mechanic, and after talking with him and seeing the way they approach their work, I’d have no hesitation trusting them with any of my vehicles.
It’s refreshing to find a shop where the people genuinely take pride in what they do, from the ownership and service staff to the technicians turning the wrenches. As someone who is pretty particular about my trucks, that means a lot. I’d definitely trust these guys with my vehicles.
